Before stepping down in 2007 to pursue TrackSimple Jon Ingalls held several roles at Amazon.com (NASDAQ:AMZN), delivering Amazon's Service Oriented Architecture, technical liaison to Amazon's Merchant.com sales efforts and finally as Director of Performance. Jon drove the dramatic expansion of Amazon's data network, resulting in of one of the largest data processing infrastructures on the planet, capable of mining huge amounts of information in near real-time. Today those systems continue to collect, process, and manage millions of performance metrics every minute driving Amazon's infrastructure on a gigantic scale.

Michelle represents Ignition as director on the boards of Mpire, Visible Technologies, and SEOmoz. She was an observer on UIEvolution (sold to Square Enix, Japan).
Michelle was an investment banker at Olympic Capital Partners where she specialized in mid-market mergers and acquisitions. Michelle worked in management consulting for A.T. Kearney. As an associate in the Financial Institutions Group, Michelle focused on strategic and operational improvements for Fortune 100 clients. She also spent time working in Taipei with a group developing export strategy for the Chinese government.
Michelle earned her B.A. degree from Columbia, and an M.A. degree from Harvard University.

Michael Schutzler is a successful business coach with more than a dozen years experience coaching & mentoring executives, managers, CEOs, and board members. Michael developed a passion for and expertise in leadership over the course of 25 years in rapid growth, start-up, and turn-around executive roles. As a successful Internet entrepreneur and investor, he has helped launch more than a dozen companies. Michael has served in leadership roles in public and private companies, non-profit, and public service organizations. He has successfully managed small start-up teams as well as complex, international operations with over 350 employees. Michael holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from the W. E. Simon School at University of Rochester and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
